It is quite impossible to find information about Charles Hilton Brown and this is just what the net knows about this incredible Soul and Afro musician, one of those who comes out with an amazing work and then disappears, like a star we have admired, but as too quickly as it has crossed the sky. Charles Hilton Brown was military based in italy in the 60’s; He was the leading singer of the Four Kents. But it was in England where he met up with a scathing Afro-Funk band called Assagai and they decided to record an album that Charles felt was “Owed To myself".
